Scotiabank opened its St. Vincent branch in Kingstown in 1977. Activity in the branch has been focused on helping the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines become financially better off.

The Bank has 35 dedicated employees and three ATMs. In 2007, Scotiabank introduced Internet banking in St. Vincent.
